Something that always seems to amaze me is the architecture in this city. Why don’t they build houses like this all the time (and everywhere)? They’re just beautiful!
The circus is coming to town! And no, I’m not talking about a real circus – I’m talking about fashion week of course. Although I don’t know if it’s that big of a difference… Well, we’ll see. Because next week it’s Paris turn to put on the shows! As we speak they are transforming the Jardin des Tuileries into the next runway podium, so that in a few days hundreds of clothing garments, models, photographers, editors, designers etc. etc. can fit inside the temporary tents. I’m guessing the city will be even more crowded during the these days and filled with tons of men and women hungry for fashion. I think it’s going to be exciting!
After a warm (we actually made it up to 14°C over here today, which is crazy) and wonderful Friday I’m saying good night, while dreaming of a big yummy breakfast to start the weekend with tomorrow morning.
“The pastry of dreams” (the literal translation of La Pâtisserie des Rêves in English) is definitely worth a visit if you’re in Paris. Don’t get scared off by the fanciness and that all the pastries are displayed in small glass globes, it’s too good to miss out on! Be prepared for a small line but it’s totally worth it.
When I walk to the metro every morning, this is my view. It’s a great way to start the day.
When I took a walk in the Tuileries the other day I saw these cuties. The owners tried to walk around the park but they never made it more than a few steps before the dogs were rolling around on the ground again.
At Roberto Cavalli. Where else?
