On the Bridge

Something has been going on under the bridge here since yesterday and I can’t help but to be super curious! Several white vans has arrived, streets to this area have been closed and tonight they blew up this big white balloon thingy, rolled out motorcycles,  and a small firetruck is, as we’re speaking, hosing the street with water. It’s so silly but I want to know what’s going on.
