On my way home from Le Marais the other day I stumbled upon this super sweet little boutique. L’Éclair de Génie does éclairs like no one I’ve ever seen before. Aren’t they just adorable? They’re like small pieces of art and they have almost every flavour imaginable. Which flavour got to come home with me? I’ll show you later. And yes, they were unbelievable yummy.

There is nothing quite so delicious as a French eclair. No one else seems to know how to properly make real custard for the filling.

    bisous

  2. I see what you mean by the green slime! This place looks very fun and I’ll have to check it out. Love your pics!

  3. WAIT! Is this new? This is hilarious. I must go! Looks like Popelini and the world have cupcakes have some more competition! ^^ Which flavors did you try?

  7. I love eclairs! Maybe we should go here next weekend instead??

    • Yes these were amazing but unfortunately they don’t have any places to sit down at I’m afraid 🙁 And I think it would be too cold to eat them outside… What do you think?

Am I the only one that the ‘green slime’ appeals to?! Wonder what it is- Pistachio maybe? I am literally checking Eurostar because these photos have made me so hungry! Any excuse to visit Paris again…! 🙂
