L’Éclair de Génie

On my way home from Le Marais the other day I stumbled upon this super sweet little boutique. L’Éclair de Génie does éclairs like no one I’ve ever seen before. Aren’t they just adorable? They’re like small pieces of art and they have almost every flavour imaginable. Which flavour got to come home with me? I’ll show you later. And yes, they were unbelievable yummy.

There is nothing quite so delicious as a French eclair. No one else seems to know how to properly make real custard for the filling.

  I think so haha! I got praliné/noisette and framboise. Suuuuper delicious actually and I’m not even the biggest éclair fan

  Yes these were amazing but unfortunately they don’t have any places to sit down at I’m afraid And I think it would be too cold to eat them outside… What do you think?

Am I the only one that the ‘green slime’ appeals to?! Wonder what it is- Pistachio maybe? I am literally checking Eurostar because these photos have made me so hungry! Any excuse to visit Paris again…!
