I had a lovely morning together with Aisling, at Rose Bakery (which I promise to tell you more about very soon), today. While she took a look around this cute café I managed to snap a photo of her gorgeous accessories. Love the adorable bag charm and that stunning Leica camera case. And of course, the bag itself.

Now it’s been a month since fashion week happened in Paris, but I still have a few more photos I would like to share with you guys if you don’t mind. If you’ve missed the previous posts from this season you can find them here: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

I’m absolutely in love with that burgundy coloured Louis Vuitton bag (photo #10), the leather just looks so soft! I adore the spring colours and all of the pink outside Valentino (photo #7), I wish that my hair could look that sophisticated at certain times (photo #1) and I love that red pop of colour against all the black in the form of a tiny Louis Vuitton bag (phot #6).

Yesterday, when I passed Colette’s window display, I couldn’t help myself from stopping to snap a few photos. Babar has arrived at Colette! Now I don’t know about you, but I grew up with Babar so this was a little bit of nostalgia for me. I only wish I was a guy though, so that I could buy those swim trunks immediately.

Or well, actually it’s yesterday’s detail but I wanted to share it with you guys anyway. I just received this little bracelet from Claire Aristides in the mail and I have to say that I’m in love, I’m never taking it off. Hopefully it will bring me some luck as well!

I hope you’re not too sick of the photos from the past Paris fashion week. I’m absolutely head over heels in love with that Valentino trench coat (photo #1), I adore Nicole Richie’s hair braid and all that Valentino red (in photo #4), and I just want to get Anna Dello Russo’s little doggie away from the fashion madness (photo #11).

“How do I dress to fit in among the Parisians in Paris?” is one of the most common questions I get asked here on the blog and of course there’s not one right answer to this questions since Parisians dress in a million different ways (just like anywhere else), but I thought I could share how I usually dress to blend in among the chic women here in Paris with you guys. Please bear in mind that I’m far away from being any kind of fashion expert, I only dress in the items I find appealing.

A safe colour to start with is always black if you want to “fit in” in Paris so I usually use that as my base. I wish that I would use more colour in my wardrobe but for some reason that never happens. Although I love to add a pop of colour in the form of accessories; like a handbag, a necklace or shoes. When the weather allows it I’m always in my ballet flats. They’re comfortable, easy to wear and perfect for a city like Paris. I pick a jacket depending on the temperature outside but during springtime I’ll most likely wear my classic beige trench coat or a similar jacket to the one you can see above.

Of course I think you should dress the way you feel the most comfortable! Paris isn’t that different from most other cities since everybody has their own personal style. Although I would say: please leave those training sneakers at home!
